Hello, I am Kathy, I am a board-certified Occupational Therapist since 1992 and owner of Balanced Babies. I became skilled in Craniosacral Therapy in 2003.

As a mom of four, I understand the joys and challenges of parenting. I also understand the feeling in the pit of your stomach when as a parent you know something is not quite right with your baby or child. I am here to help!

I became interested in CST when traditional medicine/intervention alone failed to yield results for my son, who at the time had difficulties that greatly impacted his ability to sleep, eat, play, and communicate.

Because of the immediate results I saw with my son, I was intrigued and passionate to learn and incorporate Craniosacral Therapy into my treatment with infants, children and adults.

Balanced Babies was born out of the desire to help babies and children enjoy a healthy start to their lives. Through specialized techniques I assist in releasing restrictions in the body so that infants, children and adults may find better health, function and well-being.

I strongly believe knowledge is power, and enjoy empowering families by providing education and practical suggestions for home to support optimal outcomes.
