Please choose the appropriate service you wish to receive from the menu of services.

If you are booking appointments for additional family members, create a separate profile for each person using distinct usernames.

To join the waitlist, please also schedule an appointment. If an earlier time becomes available, you’ll be notified and may choose to keep your original appointment as a follow-up if needed.

Occupational Therapy/Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the function of the craniosacral system comprised of bones, sutures, cerebrospinal fluid, membranes and soft tissue from the head to the sacrum.

Kathy Bonesho OTR

Kathy has been a board-certified Occupational Therapist since 1992 and became skilled in Craniosacral Therapy in 2003.

As a practitioner and a mom of four, she understands the joys and challenges of parenting. She became interested in CST when traditional medicine/interventions alone failed to yield results for her own family. She has a true passion and unique ability to incorporate multifaceted approaches of treatment to achieve results.

By understanding the complex and subtle interactions between the musculoskeletal, neurological, visceral, fascial, craniosacral, and lymphatic systems of the body, it allows her to integrate therapies in such a way to provide a unique and individualized approach for each one of her clients, assisting them to release restrictions in the body to ultimately find better health, function and well-being.
